LucidHealth has entered into a formal agreement with RadNet, Inc. (NASDAQ: RDNT) to aquire Radiology Regional & its Florida-based outpatient imaging centers. The transaction was finalized January 6, 2026.
Strategic Alignment in Outpatient Imaging Services
As the largest provider of outpatient diagnostic imaging services in the United States, RadNet was selected in collaboration with Radiology Regional’s physicians and LucidHealth leadership for its strong alignment with clinical quality, innovation, and a physician-led culture.

Focus on Patients, Physicians, and Staff
Following the agreement, leadership teams from RadNet, Radiology Regional, and LucidHealth will work closely together to ensure a seamless transition for physicians, employees, and patients.
No Additional LucidHealth Transitions Planned
LucidHealth confirmed there are no current agreements to sell any other LucidHealth operations. This includes its Connecticut-based outpatient imaging practice, Radiology Associates of Hartford, which is not part of this transaction.
